First Aid and CPR in the Workplace Ontario
All employers who are subject to the occupational Health and Safety Act must comply with Regulation 1101 under section 3 of the Workplace Safety and Insurance act. The regulation states that each employer is obligated to provide in the workplace. The WSIB requires different levels of training and equipment based on the size of the workplace.

How long is the class? An emergency First Aid Class should be a minimum of 6.5 in-class time and a standard First Aid with CPR is a minimum 13 hours of in- class time.
