First Aid Training
Build the practical skills and confidence to respond during a workplace or community emergency. Workplace Law Consulting Inc. provides instructor-led First Aid, CPR and AED training at our training centre in Concord, Ontario.
Our courses combine clear instruction, realistic emergency scenarios and hands-on practice to help participants respond confidently until emergency medical services arrive.
Basic First Aid Training
Basic First Aid is designed to prepare you, as a workplace first aider, to recognize an injury or illness, call and inform emergency medical services (EMS), and provide basic first aid care to the injured or ill worker. Designed to comply with the CSA Z1210-17 Standards.
Duration: 8 hours

Intermediate First Aid Training
Intermediate First Aid will train you, as a workplace first aider, in more comprehensive skills to enable you to provide a broader scope of emergency workplace first aid care to an injured or ill worker. Designed to comply with the CSA Z1210-17 Standards.
Duration: 16 hours

Which First Aid course should I take?
The appropriate course depends on your workplace, the number of employees, workplace hazards and applicable first aid requirements. Contact us for assistance selecting the appropriate program.
Where is the training held?
Courses are held at Workplace Law Consulting Inc., 100 Tesma Way, Unit 5, Concord, Ontario.
Will I receive a certificate?
Participants who successfully complete the course requirements, including applicable knowledge and practical evaluations, receive a course completion certificate.
Is the course hands-on?
Yes. Participants complete practical activities that may include CPR, AED use and emergency-response scenarios.
What should I bring?
Bring photo identification and wear comfortable clothing suitable for practical activities and floor-level CPR practice.
Do I need previous experience?
Previous experience is generally not required for full First Aid and CPR courses. Recertification programs may have additional prerequisites.
